Kintsugi is Japanese for “golden joinery” and is the 15th century art of repairing broken pottery using lacquer dusted with powdered gold using the Zen ideals of Wabi-Sabi (a world-view centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection).
This is the second evening of the kintsugi workshop where participants will have the opportunity to pass around their mended items and share their stories. It is not necessary that you have attended part I or mended an item to participate.
